TeraBridges has been hard at working discovering occupational opportunities! The team just took a tour of St. Clair Health’s hospital and learned about the use of robotics and technology in the medical workplace. St. Clair doctors taught the team about the Electronic Health Record (EHR), The Da Vinci Surgery Robot, Rosie (a pharmacy automation machine), and realistic Patient simulation robots.
The team got to ask questions and understand how robotics is implemented and used in the medical field, giving them a better understanding of the new norms in the medical career cluster. The team hopes St. Clair health will be a partner in its future assistive-tech focused outreach!
